3. Service-Specific Guidelines
- Emergency Calls: While SwishHost VoIP services support emergency calls (e.g., 911), it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that devices and configurations comply with local requirements for emergency access.
- Caller Identification: Customers must not falsify or manipulate caller identification information to mislead recipients.
4. Fair Usage Policy
SwishHost’s VoIP services are subject to fair usage limits to ensure optimal performance for all users.
- Excessive or abusive usage beyond plan limits may result in:
- Temporary restrictions on service.
- A requirement to upgrade to a higher-tier plan.
- Additional charges for overages.
5. Customer Responsibilities
As a SwishHost VoIP customer, you are responsible for:
- Ensuring your use complies with this AUP and all applicable laws.
- Securing VoIP devices and accounts against unauthorized access.
- Monitoring call activity to prevent abuse or fraud.
6. Enforcement
